It was just an optimal selection for a weekend break in Livonia with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff were helpful, especially when I requested an extra towel during my stay. Consider bringing your own snacks as the vending options were limited.

The staff provided good customer service. They helped me with my needs during my stay. I appreciated the assistance in getting what I needed, like extra items for my room. The location offered easy access to the local area for sightseeing.

The bed comfort was not good. I experienced issues with the blankets and sheets. The breakfast options were limited and did not appeal to me. Also, the noise level from neighboring rooms disturbed my sleep.

I was met with exceptional customer service at check-in,, they were super accommodating. The jacuzzi suite I stayed in was a welcome surprise. it was perfect for unwinding after a long day.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive,, but pretty reasonable for what I got.

We had a fantastic time at the indoor pool with the kids! The location is perfect for visiting the University of Michigan and checking out a Wolverine football game. Plus, our room was spacious enough for our family, including our little one.

My kids wished the staff had been more attentive during our stay.

the best western offered a great location close to plenty of shops like trader joe’s and target. the kitchenette was convenient, and the breakfast had a nice variety of options. we especially enjoyed the indoor pool and fitness center, making our stay more relaxing.
